We eat at Torchy's weekly for lunch. The managers are always walking around checking to make sure everything was good and picking up trash when you are done. They are very well managed. They get your food out quickly. The queso is the best in town.
I enjoy treating myself right here once a week as the tacos are premium tacos with a premium price, but with the wonderful friendly staff and delicious food, definitely worth every penny. I tend to come around 7pm when i go as im getting off of work, and Lydia, one of the cashier girls, always seems to have such a beautiful smile and gives me such friendly service and is always helpful to me. She even told me about the secret menu, and now one of my all time favorite tacos from here is “El Matador”, but regardless, she always is extremely nice and helpful to me always.
Torchy's is our favorite place to unwind with delicious tacos and drinks after work! The service is always outstanding, and the food never lets us down. Lizzy and Ethan consistently provide exceptional care at the bar. My favorite drink is the house margarita with tajin on the rim.
I truly adore Torchy's and miss it a lot since I no longer reside in Texas. I’m pleased to share that my recent visit to this location lived up to all my nostalgic memories! I had the green chile pork and fried avocado tacos, and both were amazing in their own right. When I got there, there was a line, but the wait wasn't long at all. The ordering process was quick and easy, and the food was absolutely delicious!
Great fun atmosphere. Went to the bar and ordered a couple drinks to wait to be seated. Had to wait a few moments because the ladies were slammed. The bar ladies helped me with my drink and did a great job for how busy they were attending to all guests and making drinks for tables. Food was good. See you next time.
**Torchy's Tacos: A Mixed Bag of Experience** Torchy's Tacos delivers a vibrant atmosphere complemented by a diverse menu that garners both praise and critique. While many customers rave about the flavorful options, such as the Republican and green chile pork tacos, others express disappointment, notably with the greasy beef fajitas. Service appears to be a highlight, with staff often noted for their attentiveness and friendliness. Popular items like the queso and chips are frequently mentioned as top picks. Despite a few concerns about pricing and consistency, Torchy's remains a beloved destination for taco enthusiasts, promising a fun dining experience with a lively bar scene.

I’m sorry to say that my $15 spent here was a complete disappointment. What you see is a pool of grease; these were the most greasy and unenjoyable beef fajitas I've ever had. The chicken was merely average at best. For that price, I’d prefer to support a local taqueria next time. This was my first visit, and I certainly won’t be coming back.
I absolutely enjoy treating myself to a visit to this restaurant every week. The tacos are outstanding and may be a bit pricey, but the friendly staff and delicious food make it worth every penny. I typically drop by around 7 PM after work, and Lydia, one of the cashiers, always welcomes me with a warm smile and provides exceptional service. She has been incredibly helpful, sharing insights about the secret menu. Thanks to her, I discovered one of my favorite tacos here: the "El Matador." Lydia is consistently kind and supportive during my visits, which makes the experience even better.
Torchy’s is our go-to spot to relax and savor tasty tacos and drinks after a long day at work! The service is always top-notch, and the food never disappoints! Lizzy and Ethan always take great care of us at the bar. I usually order the house margarita with Tajin on the rim—it's my favorite!
