Tapatio's Grill Chicken - Tyler

Tapatio's in Tyler, TX offers some of the best grilled chicken I've ever had. The rice was adequate, but I enjoyed the lunch special for just $9.99, which included a drink. I look forward to returning to try more items from their menu.

This restaurant offers indoor seating, but what we love about Tapatio's is that it's one of the few locally owned Mexican restaurants in Tyler that has a drive-thru. Our family prefers to eat here instead of the typical options since it used to be called Jalisco's a few years back. Our favorite menu items include the horchata drinks, pork, brisket, chicken enchiladas with queso, charro beans, and Spanish rice. Surprisingly, they also serve some of the best burgers in the city! The prices are reasonable, and while the portion sizes are adequate, we could easily enjoy larger servings because the food is just that delicious.

I really enjoy dining here and would definitely return. The prices are fair as well.

I'm looking for my California experience of food and this is the closest I could get to what I was looking to eat. The chicken is a little small but okay. Wish it was the whole half bird not pre cut.
