Smoothie King - Tyler

Not to lie, the smoothie was good, but the customer service could not be worse. young lady passing through the window was rude and had a bad attitude. Probably the same lady talking about in the last review.

Yesterday morning sitting at this place and before this place was worked. there was a sign at the door that they were open, but the door was locked and the workers were there. there was no sign to inform customers to use the running gear through. we found this part ourselves. once in the order menu, you have rushed us to our order. we asked why the door was closed and she did not react to us, so we asked again and got a response that the Baumannschaft told them to keep the door.

Came to this place many times throughout the day and never had any issues with the customer service. Every time I go at or after 9:30 I either get ignored or get refused service. Even had a girl tell me today she had put everything up and it was 9:35, so I couldn?t get a smoothie. If this place closes at 9:30 instead of 10, then they should advertise that. Otherwise I don?t see why they can?t serve customers before their closing time.

Terrible service. Pulled up with my kids 7pm and the open sign was on, it clearly says hours are 8pm closing time and the 1 person working says we cannot come in because lobby now closes 1 hour early everyday. Had to pack everyone back in the car and go back through drive-thru. Which, I then waited for no less than 25-30 mins.

The speaker wasn?t working, sign said pull forward to window so I do, but no one?s there. Sign says honk if no one?s there so I do, but no one comes. Waited at the window for almost 20 minutes then they finally come over when they do, they tell me to come inside with no explanation. Terrible service. I drove off rather than deal with more of their bs
