Smoothie King - Tyler

I enjoy Smoothie King, I get something good pretty much every time. This one is in a good spot and the staff are very quick most of the time. I wish I had one in the Athens or Gun Barrel area.

This place used to have consistency and each time I ordered a smoothie, I knew what to expect. That?s no longer the case though, as it seems like it?s a hit or miss here. On top of that the staff is kinda disinterested it seems like. I went in recently anda tall, slim young man with a hoodie took my order and made the smoothie, but did not speak a single word to me the entire time!I?m not trying to hold down a conversation, but common politeness goes a long way. I?m sorry I inconvenienced him and made himdo his job.

This Smoothie King location is truly exceptional! They consistently get my order right and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

I really enjoyed the smoothies—they're fantastic! However, I found them a bit on the pricey side. I have a suggestion for the staff: always remember that the customer is the reason you are there. It would be great if you could smile more, make eye contact, and express genuine gratitude. Instead of just calling out the name and placing the order on the counter before turning away, take a moment to connect with the customer. A simple smile and a "thank you" can make a big difference! Your previous response to my review really speaks volumes, though I appreciate that you eventually changed it. It seems there’s a misunderstanding about how to accept constructive criticism and engage with paying customers.

Tasty smoothies and a welcoming team. I was in and out quickly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to satisfy their smoothie cravings!
