Pizza Hut - Tyler

I ordered a 3 topping large pizza. I counted the pineapple and there were 1 pieces on each slice. The chicken tasted good but the beef had an old taste to it. The meat was old and not fresh. I was very dissappointed.

When I ordered there was a 20-30 min delivery time indicated. After an hour I called and they let me know the wait time was then up to 2-3 hours but that I was third in line. When I finally received the pizza it was completely cold. The delivery driver was very apologetic about the late delivery, which I appreciated, but I’m not a fan of cold pizza.

I ordered here several times and the staff is great and the food was delivered just as I wished it! Many thanks for the hard work!

We always order the great hand costed, triple pfefferoni, triple cheese pizza. they knocked it out of the park.

I order extra marinara on my pizza every time I order, it’s never right. The pizza is good and the service is good generally. I’d just really like to get the pizza I order with extra sauce, it’s how I like it. It’s never been done, literally never. If you look at my order history you’ll see I’m a long time customer, please help! Update: they are now getting my order right every time and they are on time. Good work!
