Ordered fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, 1 egg roll and an order of crab rangoon.. everything except the egg roll was beyond burned and unedible. The rice was extra greasy and burned, chicken looked black or if they used old oil to cook in. The Rangoonwas stale. So disappointing because this place use to be so good. I will not be going back
General tso chicken, wasn't very good unfortunately, also difficult to chew. Also got the crab racoon, but 2 didn't have any filling, also was rubbery and hard to chew. won ton soup was okay, different from what I've had before, unfortunately had noveggies. Just broth, a few scallions, and 1 dumpling. Service was great, food came quickly, just bad quality. Not worth it
If I could do negative stars I would I have been trying to get ahold of some about a problem I hade Sunday with food that I ordered mold on the crunchy noddles for the egg drop soup and I?m 100% that there was mold in the egg drop soup as well
When our food arrived, it was served in takeout containers despite us dining in. I tried my fried rice, but it was undercooked to the point that it was inedible. My friend let me taste her lo mein, and it was so greasy and excessively salty that it could have posed a health risk for her, as she has high blood pressure. Her egg foo young appeared as an unappetizing black lump of overcooked egg, with burnt steak and onions piled on top. We called over the server and requested to have our food remade, but he refused. When we asked for a refund, he declined again. The egg rolls turned out to be just a sheet of spring roll wrapper with a mystery filling—no cabbage, no onions, just empty. We even asked the cook to sample our uneaten dishes, but instead of addressing our concerns, he gathered with his coworkers and started speaking in Spanish. I will NEVER come back here! If the staff isn’t willing to try their own food, why serve it to others? Absolutely horrible! What even is their refund policy, if any?
