However, when I placed... read more I went to KFC tonight after a long and stressful day to take advantage of their advertised special: 8 piece chicken and 4 sides for $20. However, when I placed my order, I was told it would cost $38. I questioned this discrepancy at the drive-thru window and showed them the special that was posted both online and in their menu. Despite this, they refused to honor the advertised price. I returned to the drive-thru, took a picture of the special, and showed it to the staff. The co-manager, Skylar, laughed at me and told me to take up the issue with corporate. When I asked if he was laughing at me, he confirmed and said it was ridiculous for me to be taking a picture over an $18 difference. I found this response to be extremely rude and asked for his name for confirmation.

The fried chicken is divine, with glistening grease under Tyler's sun. The Colonel's kingdom is a palace of poultry where hunger disappears. The biscuits are like pillows, covered in soft gravy. The mashed potatoes are golden mountains with white peppered peaks. The chicken is crispy and golden, with a secret batter. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is welcoming, despite the outdated men's restroom. Raise your drumsticks and toast to the joy that the Colonel brings. Whitman himself would praise the fried bird and gravy in this temple of goodness. Visit and experience the magic for yourself at the KFC on South Broadway.

The mac n cheese looked like they scraped... read more Order a 2 piece dinner crispy. Asked and paid for a breast and leg. Didn't get it and it wasn't crispy. It was mushy. The mac n cheese looked like they scraped the bottom and sides of the pan to fill my order. I threw it all away. It wasn't fit to eat. Will not return. I hate giving a bad review but I couldn't find anything good to say about it.

I went for the $20.00 fill up box and always substitute the fries for a family size Mash potatoes and slaw, This go round they tell me they can't do it like that and I'd have to pay for an additional slaw and potatoes, ok cool no problem. My issue is the chicken was hard as a rock and the buscits were burnt and hard. I was NOT going to drive all the way back but I will not be going back for a long time.
