How does this even resemble a cup of coffee? It's enormous! My husband ordered the same thing, and while his was still low, it wasn’t nearly as bad. We showed the cashier, and she simply suggested adding more milk. I understand that milk is part of the recipe, but that's not really a solution; it's just diluting it. This is quite disappointing. This location often seems to be out of stock on many items. The staff appears to lack motivation, which might be understandable in a post-pandemic world. This Dunkin’ used to be reliable, but the recent management changes have really hurt the quality. It would be great to have a Krispy Kreme in Tyler!
The staff here is unfriendly and rude, lacking any warmth or smiles. The atmosphere is unwelcoming, and I would recommend avoiding this place. The employees could benefit from training on how to better interact with customers.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. But whenever I go to the store I ask them to make my hot coffee extra hot. It’s always comes out Luke warm or even cold. Doesn’t matter how much I stress that I want the coffee hot. They refuse to make it hot. Not sure why I wish there was another Dunkin’ Donuts franchise in Tyler
