She is excellent.., promptly taking our orders and frequently checking to see if we need anything. Excellent service with yummy food makes eating at this Cotton Patch a real treat.

The deliberate and consistent attention given to the concern for our satisfaction was most refreshing. Between cleaning her tables and trying to take care of customers it was nonsense! Another thing I witnessed was she was supposedto be the server at a table behind us, when the customers told her someone else had already taken their order she went to thewaitress! The ?other? waitress came back to the table and told the customers not to worry about that other girl. VERYUNPROFESSIONAL! Loved our service today! She is the best we have had here in a very long time!

Upon entering, a few patrons made rude and unsettling remarks towards my group. We were also placed with a non-white server. The food took a long time to arrive, and I don't blame the server for that. In fact, my meal never arrived at all. I don’t understand how they managed to serve four guests while overlooking the fifth. I ordered a simple burger and fries, the easiest meal among those ordered. I’ve visited other locations before and will definitely choose to return to those instead of coming back here.
