The wings were good, but prepared for personal shortage. on a Saturday night there were only 2 people who worked the tables. kudos to the manager for employees who have attacked with the commands on the back. always a more positive if your child in college takes good ole mom out and pays!
Waitress Laura was great! came in with a coworker after a stressful day. we tried new menu items. they mixed our orders, and mixed the ingredients between the two. there is a picture with the ingredients ON THE MENU. and they messed it up twice. portion was very small compared to the menu. thankfully, I 'm not a Ken . however, it 's worth a visit to see Laura 's pen collection. . not sure I 'll be back.
We love BWW, but this location has really gone downhill. The last few times we've been, the service wasn't great it just seemed dirty dated sticky/wobbly tables, seat literally came out of the booth,... Our boneless wings have even been burnt last time, chicken strips had no flavor the chips were stale with an old grease taste (we got there when they opened so they must've been leftover). Definitely not worth the price.
We were not there at a very busy time, but the service was poor. For example, we ordered a beer; after over 10 minutes passed we asked about it and the server told us the keg had to be replaced. Just let your customers know if they are going to have a long wait. It set a bad tone for the whole meal. Later, when the wings came she pretty much just dropped them off and left with no comments. She didn't point out which wings were which flavor as we were accustomed to from other locations. We stopped her and asked and she seemed put out with us; it made me feel like we were bothering her. She never asked if we wanted any other drinks or anything more to eat. I doubt we'll go back to this location. A little training to communicate with the customers is needed.
Update Visited again on 1-8-20 around 6:30 pm. We were greeted by a young lady who was obviously in a very bad mood. After a few minutes of sitting I got up and asked for menus and was told by another rude staff member that my server would bring them to me. Eventually someone dropped off menus and said our server would be with us shortly. Waited a while longer while the server walked past us twice, another server was already taking someone else’s order who arrived after us. We just got up and left. The attitude of the entire staff was tense and awkward. Hopefully next visit I can bring their review back up. 1/2/2022 42 Degrees outside tonight, they have the A/C blowing full blast. It was so cold inside that we had to wear winter coats to endure the meal. There were other customers doing the same. Great service from our waitress. Our food was literally served ‘cold’. I guess this is our last attempt. Wish you guys the best.
