Contribute Feedback What Amber Spaust likes about Auntie Anne's:
These are the best pretzels you can find out here in rural east texas. The east coast still has the best pretzels, but these are close enough for comfort. They are soft, chewy and slightly sweet and salty. Great with mustard or cheese. View all feedback.
What Randi DeBord doesn't like about Auntie Anne's:
The cheese I received was not the correct one and had a watery flavor. Additionally, all of my pretzel bites were either burnt or lacked butter and salt. To top it off, the employee dumped half of them out before handing them to me. View all feedback.

I’m really disappointed! I spent nearly $10.00 on pretzel bites, and they were stale. The girl at the counter offered us a new cup from the same batch! How could they think that replacing old pretzels with more stale ones was a good idea? It's such a poor decision!
I give this place 5 stars for the delicious pretzels and the blue raspberry lemonade, but I have to give it 0 stars for the caramel dipping sauce. I received it today, August 1, 2019, and it says it expired on May 12, 2019. When I opened it, I found that it was moldy.

Still one of the best pretzel places now offering a little more but good for the price! Can be a snack or meal if you choose right! We love to stop at our local mall and share one!
