However, after 2 hours 15 minutes (6:11 p.m. there was still no food, so my dad called the restaurant and the lady on the phone said that some time ago the delivery boy had left with our order, but when half an hour later there was still no food (since restaurant to our house takes about 20 minutes, so if the delivery person left 'some time ' before we called, he should have reached us long ago and had time to return , we decided to cancel the order and go to a fast food chain because we were very hungry, unfortunately no one answered the phone, so we wrote a text message to cancel. What a surprise it was when the supplier showed up at our house with this order around 7 p.m. We weren 't at the given address because, as I said, we went to eat something quickly and we canceled the order. I 'm sorry, but 3 hours of waiting for food is much too long. If the restaurant knew that no one would deliver our order within 2 hours and we were informed about it, we would have come to pick it up in person, just like we did. many times, I don 't know why, but today communication with the client failed very badly. Unfortunately, the bad taste remains and we don 't know when we will decide to order another one, which is a pity, because the pizza and calzone here are the best in Tychy, although still not worth waiting 3 hours...
