Pier 16 Seafood - Tybee Island

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively, especially for a busy Friday night. Although we were told there would be an hour wait, we were seated within just 30 minutes. The service was exceptional—Dakota, our server, was not only knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant, but also about the local area, making our conversation a delight. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the drinks were perfect. We will certainly be recommending this place to our friends and family!

The staff was incredible, and the owner was very engaged and helpful. I have to say, the steamed and fried seafood tower was outstanding! We will definitely be returning. Make sure to try the seared ahi tuna tartare as an appetizer—you can’t go wrong with that! Dining on the rooftop offers a lovely evening breeze.

We had a wonderful experience at Pier 16. The food was incredibly fresh and crispy. The presentation was impressive, and our server was very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and the atmosphere was excellent. We highly recommend this restaurant if you're visiting the island!

This place by far is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. Everything was delicious and we were able to make reservations which was nice being everything in the summertime there?s a huge wait. It?s a bit pricey but well worth it! I ordered a sirloin and literally it melted in my mouth it was the best steak I think I have ever eaten and it was ginormous. We were very satisfied 10 out of 10 for sure!

We ate here on a whim, with no idea what to expect. We actually chose this place because we walked past it and thought the rooftop patio looked cool. The steamed seafood platter was AMAZING. Everything was cooked seasoned perfectly. Two of us got the shrimp grits, among the best we've ever had anywhere, and probably the best shrimp grits on the island. One of the kids got a pound of crab (which took him 2 hours to eat! , and he said it was the best meal he's ever had. This place was a little pricey, but it was SO good that it was totally worth it! I would go here again if we came back to visit Tybee.
