North Beach And Grill - Tybee Island

This is a bustling restaurant where we were seated quickly despite having a party of 10. Our food arrived promptly and we enjoyed a tasty frozen pina colada margarita and fried oyster basket. The menu is somewhat limited but the food is of good quality. The seating is plentiful but not coordinated. The restaurant is open-air, so it can get hot at times. Overall, a good dining experience.

Wish I could tell you about the food and drinks but the bar tender was so busy trying to tend to himself and flirting with the other customers, he ignored my group and I three different times we got up and left. Oh, and it wasn’t busy AT ALL. There were 5 employees standing behind the bar. We told the host we hadn’t been helped and he didn’t even do anything.

The fried shrimp basket (Friday special) was great. Only complaint is they didn't open until 12 pm, but that's probably more a staffing issue. Good beach side food.

Casual. Great Location. Friendly service. We kept coming back for drinks. We only had the fries but they were great and the prices were good. Definitely recommend.

Great food. Husband loved his tuna dish. Vegetarian options limited. Had a drink last year that was oh so good but very little alcohol. Paid to much for it to not have alcohol. Great atmosphere to enjoy a meal as it is steps away from the beach. As of May 24, 2022, they are now closed on Tuesdays.
