If you enjoy dining right by the water, Splashing Rock Restaurant in Two Harbors, Minnesota is the perfect spot for you. Located inside the Main Lodge, Splashing Rock Restaurant is open year-round. The menu changes with the seasons, but you can always count on classics like filet mignon steak, fettuccine alfredo with chicken, and roasted breast of duck. In addition, they offer a delicious Canadian cold-water walleye that can be prepared pan-seared or broiled, served with the vegetable of the day and rice pilaf.

During our visit to the Northshore, we stayed at the Grand Superior for a few nights.
I ordered the Chicken Fettuccine and it was incredibly tasty. I also sampled the Rock Burger, which had a delightful crunch and burst with flavor.
We are back at this restaurant for the second night in a row, enjoying the delicious Parmesan crusted walleye with wild rice once again.
