Pretty lame service. The people who ordered after me got their food before me, so it didn't make any sense. Definitely will not be back to this. Updated: this site has actually been better lately. It is still busy, but it seems as if it were much better than before. I was here a few times and my order is ready at the time they say it will. I only command the app because the inside line can be long. View all feedback.
I visited Jersey Mike's Subs for the first time, and it met my expectations for a sandwich shop. I ordered the regular Chipotle Chicken sub.
I had the Italian sub, and it was fantastic! A friend ordered online, and they were able to pick it up with no hassle at all.
Update: I've noticed improvements at this location recently. While it still gets busy, it seems to be running much smoother than before. I've visited a few times, and my order has been ready at the promised time. I recommend using the app, as the line inside can be quite long.
GIRL POWER! This crew had it before!! In sync, the show run, all kinds of orders, online and in-person...NO SWEAT!! Oh... and my sandwich was good too!
A bit pricey, but considering that the meats and cheeses are sliced fresh right in front of you is a justified cost. Friendly, fast.
