It's a bustling place, particularly at the drive-thru. I decided to go inside since I hadn't visited in years and needed some time to review the menu. What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
The dining experience was excellent, and the staff performed their roles exceptionally well. However, there was an elderly woman who yelled at her employees, which was quite unacceptable. They seemed visibly stressed by her behavior, and I felt really sorry for them. View all feedback.
I went through the drive thru on 224 clock at the place in front of winco on blue seen opposite geldbaum in winco parking I have never been treated with such respect. I asked about the manager since I was so upset. I was told I could come back in regular business hours tomorrow. I also had the window in my face. what did they think I never worked fast at jack in the box. I'll call the manager tomorrow.
The place only thing open on town at midnight. The folks did a great job and my food was fresh. Tip them if you can.
Waited over 20 min for one burger. Received about 2 oz of burger not what is advertised will tell all to advoid twin falls Jack in the box payment 6 dollars and still hunger . Don't go there if you want something to eat. If you want bad service and very little food. Just mail money to them and you will get a better expectancy of no service of what a person call food. Too bad there is no selection for no star.
It's a typical modern corporation. The rating is by no means the fault of the staff, which is the only reason I gave more than one star at all.The food is... ummm... edible but not at all good for you. It's from wherever distribution center made as homogenous and generic as possible. The whole experience is cheap and meaningless. If you have the money, you should go to any other small business if your goal isn't just okay'ish quick, no longer low option to make you feel full'ish for a little while.
Great place to grab some decent quick food. Never had an order wrong.
