While many praise the delicious food and efficient service—even noting the lovely atmosphere—their sentiments are tinged with disappointment. Frequent visitors have observed a decline in portion sizes and an increase in wait times, leaving them feeling rushed during their visits. Some have had issues with order accuracy due to new staff members, although overall service remains commendable. Despite these hiccups, loyal patrons still cherish the club as a go-to dining spot on the Gold Coast for its great value and consistent quality.
The staff and service was great, however 4 of us had the rump steak and found it chewy and not as good as usual.The other meals were ok but nothing out of the ordinary. I have been here a few times and it was ok however this time was disappointing.
It's amazing to have table service in a club with such friendly staff.
The food was good, but we felt that the staff was very rushed. We felt rushed as our orders were being taken, and some of the staff came off as a bit abrupt. It was not the same relaxed experience I have had before.

Eating was good, but we felt that the staff was pushed very long. we felt very fast as our commands where we were taken, and this led to some of the employees being somewhat abrupt. definitely not the same relaxed experience I had before.
