Contribute FeedbackIn a city with few vegetarian-friendly options, this sushi bar is a gem! Everything is made fresh, and there are plenty of vegan choices on the menu, such as cucumber sushi, shiitake sushi, veggie tofu sushi, four types of teriyaki noodle dishes, seaweed salad with sesame sauce, hot chips with ketchup, and a variety of teas and bottled juices. Although the menu is in Russian and the vegetarian options are not labeled, there are pictures of each dish and the staff is very friendly and willing to help identify vegan options. They also offer free Wi-Fi so customers can use the Google Translate app to translate the menu if needed. I'm not a big fan of mushrooms, but the shiitake sushi here is delicious and I order it every time. The tofu and veggies in the veggie tofu sushi resemble cream cheese, but they are not. I found the teriyaki noodles a bit too sweet for my liking, but still enjoyable. I always leave feeling satisfied without spending much money, as meals are quite affordable. They are generous with condiments, providing free wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce. I appreciate that everything is made to order and they offer takeout. The location is convenient in the city center, with clear English signage making it easy to locate. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The tofu and vegetables are fresh, with tofu that resembles cream cheese but is not: I personally found the teriyaki noodles too sweet, but still a nice treat. I always leave feeling full, but never spend more than a few hundred rubles (a few dollars) for my meal, making it great value. They are also very generous with spices, and provide complimentary wasabi, ginger, and soy sauce. I appreciate that everything is made to order, they have late hours, and offer takeaway options. The location is convenient in the city center, with large signage in English that makes it easy to find. Highly recommended!
