We went there for dinner with friends. The food was very disappointing. We ordered three different salads, and they all had the same dressing that tasted fishy. The only dish that was enjoyable was the warm eggplant salad. The two types of fruit drinks were so watered down that it was unclear what fruit they were made from. The kebabs, on the other hand, were fantastic—finger-licking good! However, the waiter was completely unfamiliar with the menu and the dishes that were unavailable. To make matters worse, when we received the bill, we were surprised to find an additional 200 rubles per person for live music, which was supposed to start at 8 PM. My friends are regulars at this place and were shocked by the poor quality of the food; it seems we just happened to come in during a shift of a less-than-skilled chef.

We recently dined at Shampur and didn’t enjoy our experience. We ordered a salad with crispy eggplant, but the chef didn't bother to prepare it correctly and instead served it with boiled eggplant. We had to return the lagman because the dough was overcooked and inedible. However, we did like the salad called "Relax"; it was similar to the Tbilisi salad. Things used to be better. The basturma was very tasty, as they say, “you’ll eat your mind away.”
