What User doesn't like about Phu Yen Green Café:
This place is beyond Phu Yen's average, but for me it's not very elegant. The customer lying on the couch and kissing freely makes me feel embarrassing. Even waiters are not so friendly and appropriate. Anw, the design here is fresh, very close to nature. I like that most. View all feedback.
