I had a lengthy wait because the staff was busy handling call-in orders, preparing 16 sandwiches for those customers before finally getting to mine. I could see the call-in orders piling up as I waited. Although I had already paid for my sandwich, it was left sitting there while they prioritized the other orders. I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was unappetizing, and the service was just as bad. The manager, who appeared to be an overly aggressive middle-aged man, tried to raise his voice at me. I wasn't expecting fine dining, but I at least anticipated that my chicken would be fresh, rather than stale.
Jerome was outstanding! I placed a fairly large order, and he managed everything alone with an amazing attitude and remarkable skill. Memphis was also incredibly kind. Both of them absolutely deserve a 5-star rating from our group. Thank you so much, guys!

The restaurant was quite dirty. I chose not to eat my sandwich due to an unpleasant odor. The lettuce in the container looked very unappetizing. I only rated it 2 stars because the cookies were good.
