Peet's Coffee Tea - Tustin

This place has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. I don't typically visit Peet's, but I'm really glad I decided to give it a shot. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in search of quality coffee.

The coffee here is absolutely delicious! If you have to choose between Peet's and Starbucks, I would definitely pick Peet's without a doubt! The coffee is smooth with the perfect level of bitterness. Their sweet drinks are also tasty, and the service is always friendly and welcoming.

The staff was fantastic, even just five minutes before closing time. They have a lovely outdoor area as well. This is one of the nicest Peet's locations I've been to.

Great service and wide selection of coffees and teas. Especially like the adjoining peaceful courtyard for sitting and enjoying coffee and snacks with friends or a good book.

I don't normally review everyday places like Peets unless it's something worth noting. I don't know why this place is different but the customer service here was... pleasant. Making coffee is basically just a recipe but they really have great customer service here. I don't know if it's individual staff or management but thank you to all of the above. For those wondering if you should come to this Peets, it is quaint with easy parking and indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area is a nice patio that's very pleasant at all times of the day. Not uncommon to see one or two people reading ACTUAL news papers in the patio.
