Nothing Bundt Cakes Tustin

What a pleasant surprise to find this restaurant. When I walked in, the cold ad was taken down. It seems they have a limited selection of items to ensure quality. However, they still offer a variety of their classic flavors. The cake was not exceptional but it was still good. I always make sure to stop by when I'm in the area. Today was my lucky day!

We drove to Newport Beach, but the Newport location closes early so we were unable to place an online pickup order on the same day. Fortunately, we found another location nearby that was open later. Each location seemed to offer the same menu and level of customer service, with the only differences being in size and hours of operation. Due to COVID restrictions, only two customers were allowed inside at a time. Ordering online was a breeze, especially when customizing a dozen. Our order was quickly prepared at the front counter and paid for in advance. I was thrilled to discover that they offer a stamp card, with a stamp given for every dozen purchased. The seasonal flavor this month was pumpkin spice, which was delicious. Overall, I had a great experience and left feeling satisfied.

I had a wonderful experience with Trinh, the lovely owner of this store. I visited last month after seeing an advertisement on their website for a certain flavor of Bundt cake. I was disappointed to find they were out of that flavor when I arrived. After leaving feedback online, I received a call from Trinh apologizing for the inconvenience and offering to deliver the cake to my apartment the next day. Despite my insistence that it wasn't necessary, she showed up the next morning with the cake and refused to accept payment. Customer service like this is rare these days, and I am extremely grateful to Trinh for going above and beyond for a customer like me who doesn't even frequent the store regularly. I will definitely be a customer for life. Thank you, Trinh.

We have the Pecan Praline and it was delicious! The bread is moist and the freezing is cream cheese so that the cake is not super sweet is simply perfect The price was fair.
