What a pleasant surprise to find this restaurant. When I walked in, the cold ad was taken down. It seems they have a limited selection of items to ensure quality. However, they still offer a variety of their classic flavors. The cake was not exceptional but it was still good. I always make sure to stop by when I'm in the area. Today was my lucky day! The staff at this restaurant are incredibly slow, I would not recommend ordering through DoorDash as they do not prioritize those orders. Multiple customers came in to pick up their orders while mine still hadn't been started. View all feedback.
Some of the slowest employees I’ve ever seen never order through doordash they do not prioritize you I had multiple people come in and pick up there orders while they didn’t even bother to start mine yet

Out of all the multiple times I’ve ordered online…today I picked up my cake and had to get my id credit card verified, that’s a first ha! Stereotyped it seems. I’ll take my business elsewhere
The customer service is horrible. I went to buy a few individual Bundt cakes for my family and redeem my birthday one when the young lady tells me that she won't honor it. It appears that even though my birthday just took place and it expired a day or two ago, her policy is a firm NO. I walked out and chose not to purchase the other cakes. I called two other stores who said they would honor my free birthday Bundt cake and it is generally the policy to reward customers even though something might have expired. I won't be visiting the store in the District again.
Great location at the end, easy access into parking lot and the staff was so friendly. Picked up a few Bundt Cakes for my clients for New Years Eve. Great for parties or gifts, and my real estate clients!
