Place is clean and employees super polite...on point also

We arrived at 7:30 at night for dinner, but a very bad experience, the employees make you feel like they are bothered by serving you... An hour and a half before closing and they are already cleaning the entire place and creating the feeling that you can't eat there ...We asked for the bathroom and were told it was out of service and 10 minutes later we clearly observed that one of the employees used the bathroom... We have frequented other Jersey Mike's Subs locations and this location is definitely ok. Neglected in every aspect , very bad employees, acceptable food, it is as if there was no Manager or the one who is there DOES NOT have the Capacity, Knowledge and Professionalism to Run and Maintain a restaurant, this Place requires a lot of Attention to Correct how bad it is.... No We returned here and I DO NOT recommend it.

Made an online catering order mistake on the pick up time and I was helped on Sept 30th at 7pm by a girl who said she would fixed the time. Great service over the phone and love the app to order catering for a birthday party. All the adults loved the subs! Don't forget to tip your sandwich artists online and in person during this hard economic. :

My absolute favorite location! All the staff is so friendly in particular one girl named Hisiba…she somehow always remembers not just mine but other people’s order.
