What Rich T doesn't like about Jamba:
There online system does not work. I ordered a drink with an estimated time of 10 min. I went in and my order was in red at the top of the list. They prioritizes orders going into the store over the online. I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes because they were busy. Unbelievably bad/slow. Four employees only one other customer and still waiting ten minutes later. They 're socializing instead of working. This place should be out of business with service like this. Go elsewhere unless you e got LOTS of time to kill. Oh yeah. And the genius gave me the wrong change by $2. He knew it. When I mentioned it, I got an oh yeah, my bad . Lazy. Clowns.
