Daily's - Tustin

I was disappointed with this restaurant. I've enjoyed the Fountain Valley and Costa Mesa locations, but this one didn't meet my expectations. I walked in on a Sunday during a late lunch, and the place was completely empty. Although they were open, the staff seemed disengaged. No one greeted us, so we sat ourselves at one of the many vacant tables. It took a while for someone to bring us the menus, and even longer for someone to take our order. While the food did arrive relatively quickly, everything looked and tasted lackluster. The portion sizes of the rolls were noticeably smaller than those at the other locations. The volcano roll was not the same as I remembered from previous visits. My yellowtail sushi was of poor quality, and the katsu don bowl was dry and lacked flavor. The udon noodles tasted like the instant varieties available at Costco. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
