The ice cream is really good and the staff were very friendly and hard working. Came at at busy time at night and had to wait for a bit due to the ice cream process taking a while and multiple orders before me, but the staff did their best to get all the orders out as fast as possible. What Christa Miller doesn't like about Creamistry:
I really wanted the experience of liquid nitrogen ice cream. I found the texture to be very strange. It was sticking and hard to scoop a bite out. The ice cream itself is tasty. I had the sea salt caramel; I am always happy with a good salty sweet combo. It does take longer than than most normal ice cream shops, but it was a fun experience. View all feedback.

Came here on a slow warm day and was greeted with much enthusiasm. The store was clean and the menu is huge. I was overwhelmed by options but I narrowed it down to the Quantum Coffee. It was good ice cream but it could have had more toppings. And it seemed to be missing something that I can?t quite put my hand on. I would like to come back and try other flavors or even create my own.
No tables and chairs to use when waiting for order. It took about 25 minutes from placing order to get ice creams. It was already few people waiting including one tired elderly woman and two little girls. When their mom asked if they can use restroom, they were told it?s out of service. Other places around don?t use Covid as an excuse for not maintaining restrooms and seats any longer. Those two girls noticed something on the counter with ice cream machines. They were excited so I looked and spotted? cockroach. Ice creams didn?t taste as good as from other locations, but that could be personal. Luckily didn?t have any surprises in it.
Very overpriced for a slightly better than average ice-cream! I should have bought a California burrito instead of wasting $10 on sugar. Lesson learned. Also, we ordered 2 ice-cream and I finished mine before my wife's ice-cream got ready! it took that long! Suggestion: Lower the prices (it's not rocket science, it's ice-cream) and train your staff to deliver orders on the same ticket together. People want to enjoy it together, not one at a time. Thanks,
I cant believe i witnessed terrible service. i spent $30 plus for ordering ice cream here. the smallest ones is one scoop placed in a tiny clear cup charging $7.95 for that. so right away i witnessed stinginess. then when it comes to the ice cream i chose a flavor that tasted like chemicals, an aftertaste that i describe as hardly having no trace of the flavor but a weird one. so i walked back and i asked the lady about the flavor and she says its too late. she said i should have known what to order and that testing out flavors is not allowed here at all. she was rude to me while the lobby full of boisterous teenagers and young adults with no where to sit down because all the chairs and tables are labeled not allowed to use. im a grown adult and i havent been here before the pandemic the day their window was broken shattered glass on the floor was the last time i was here ordering a rocky road build your own which i should have gotten so i wont witness how capable they are to snap at customers who of course are suppose to be right always.
