As expensive as popeyes is, I want the seasoned chicken I payed for. Whoever owns this store needs to pop up and taste the product their selling. No marinade anywhere to be View all feedback.
Although Popeyes can be pricey, I expect to receive the flavorful seasoned chicken I've paid for. The owner of this location should come in and sample the product they're selling. There was no marinade to be found at all.
If I could give a zero star rating, I would. The woman taking orders around 9 PM on October 11th was extremely rude, which made it clear that she dislikes her job. I pulled into the drive-thru but wasn’t greeted, and after waiting ten minutes, I finally said hello. She responded with, "One moment!" After a bit, she asked what I wanted. I ordered the number 7 butterfly shrimp combo, but she smacked her teeth and said, "We ain't got it." I then asked for the number 1 combo, and again she replied, "We ain't got that either." Confused, I asked what was available, and she smacked her teeth yet again, saying, "Only chicken." At this point, I didn’t even want to eat anymore. It's disappointing to see that such unprofessional behavior is often present among our own community. I left and went to Wendy's in Auburn, where the young lady was polite and respectful, addressing me as "ma’am." I will never return to this restaurant!
I ordered the sweet and spicy wings, and they were incredibly fresh and flavorful.
The worst meal I have ever eaten in my life. The lady on here talking about how the Mac and cheese is better than your grandmamas, must not have stepped foot in a kitchen. If Achilles had tendons like your chicken sandwich he never would have died in battle. Tea was good
Want to make sure to add time.and date so you can pin point this very disrespectful behavior!!! 2pm on 8/16/23 the girls at the drive thru were very very disrespectful!!! I had ordered 1 ghost pepper wing combo, 1 ghost pepper wing and a #1. I paid and check my order the girl at the window had a serious attitude when I said my $5 ghost pepper was missing! Shengot the manager whonalsonhad a very bad attitude. All I wanted was what I ordered if they rung it up wrong I just wanted them to fix it! I would pay for whatever the difference was! They then had a 3rd girl step up and she also had a attitude! At this point I felt like they were closing in on me. Still trying to figure out what the problem was. I know these days are hard and you can only pay accordingly but with that said they excepted the job for the pay you offered and they should not have this extra you wanna fight attitude over an order! You lost a sale and my business! I owe a business too and definitely would never tolerate the bully attitude that I received today! Good luck Popeyes you to could suffer and close your doors!
