My family decided that we would eat ice cream for dinner, and the kids chose Yogurt Mountain (I know, be jealous, I was voted mom of the year two times in a row )We love the topping selection here, and the fruits are always fresh.They were out of Hot fudge, but that's ok, as they had Nutella.It's always a good time, and if you too would like to be voted as parent of the year, I highly suggest Yogurt Mountain. What User doesn't like about Yogurt Mountain:
Yogurt beard in Tuscaloosa has been terrible lately. This week alone, we tried to go there 4 different times and they have already brought their blows on their way before they close. They close at 9 and we went at 7:45, 8:00 twice and 8:15 the other time and they are already closed by leaving things. We live 30 minutes away and drive to be disappointed again. View all feedback.
Went at 8:20, staff had already picked up all the toppings and turned the machines off. Was not greeted at all, and proceeded to ignore us and clean the yogurt machines as we were trying to get yogurt out of it. Very disappointing.
Walked in and welcomed with stares. (there were 5 people in the store non customers) The question was asked, are you open? (8:36PM) The response, yes we open, but only for yogurt the toppings is put up cause I 'm the only one working and I had to call my cousin to help me clean up to close. Hope they had a great time at whatever party she and her cousin wanted to attend. My 5 and another party of 2 turned and left the store. I can 't imagine how hard it is to find workers for this storefront, but I would suggest a retooling of the night shift. We stopped here because it was closest to our hotel. We left and went to TCBY one min down the street and was welcomed with two hard working ladies with a line out the door. The entire line was served and my family and when we left there was still a line out the door and they were still working. THIS EXPERIENCE MAY HAVE RUINED ME FOR YOMO GLOBALLY. I was sickened by this display of customer service. F
No sugar added chocolate was delicious and many topping options. Enjoy it a lot

I never go there again! I got an angry man after having eaten yogurt and fruit topping recently. they probably do not maintain the hygiene of yogurt donation machines. Secondly, they never have all aromen. the first time I thought they were probably escaped from the camp, but it was the same case during my second visit. they never have more than 4 aromes (including 3 yoghurt and 1 sorbet). well-maintained badge ever!
