The customer service was very terrible. come from the city wanted to try this ice and the worst mistake ever. one of the hired had braided with blue in their hairs was very hating, did not want to make their job. no cookies to choose nothing, will not find back to them who want to work.

I bought a chocolate chip bowl with 2 blows to go and had them wrap when I got ham, there was a very long hairstyle in it and it was disgusting... I kept calling the store all day and nobody answered. I use a regular, but now I'm afraid to spend more of my money there. Because no one wants to wonder if their food will have hair or something else in it. I will suggest hair nets when Dealong with the ice

Kind of horrible. Two times at the door, my mistake. For the first time, the order never came to me and they told me there is nothing they can do, for the second time they made my order completely wrong because they were from the cookies I wanted... gave me no warning and just sent different cookies after I had spent $30. The manager is so unprofessional and both times was not accommodating. Never go back and do not recommend going there either

I love this place and my husband has never been here. So we decided to go. We went at 8:30 and they had no cookies next to a white Macadamia cookie and brownies. They said they cooked other cookies, but they weren't ready because they just came out of the oven. So we wanted to get hot fudge sun gears coming with a brownie. We didn't get the brownie and then a bunch of people started coming and they decided to use the cookies that just came out of the oven for them. To be honest, I'm very disappointed and hate that my husband couldn't get the ice sandwich and we have a sun bench without brownie.

Very friendly lady served us! Yummy ice cream sandwiches! A neat place to go!
