Texas Roadhouse - Tuscaloosa

I had mold in my mash potatoes, they tried to cover it up with gravy, I order an additional side of green beans, the cup wasn’t even half full after I paid almost $4 for the extra side and my salmon was not cooked to my request. When I called to inform management of my experience she apologized and stated she would send a entrée coupon (never received), she did not refund my money nor give any assurance that this would not occur again in the future. I hate being lied to, especially when it comes to my food.??‍

Well our server totally sucked. We order the onion thing and they forgot to b ring it out until after we.got our meal. We were ignored for the most part. Other servers had to step in. My steak was not right. All in all it was a bad night. I will not go back again. Our server was too busy being friendly with her friends who were drunk, and who were continued to be served drinks. I hope they don't have a problem because your server totally broke the law continuing to serve her friends more booze. My wife's food was ok, my chicken was fine the the piece of steak I got to go with it was like yesterdays road kill. I got my salad, then they brought out main course out. Was not our server but another girl who was totally clueless. We asked he why they had not brought out any rolls, and the oinion thing that the wife had a coupon for. The onion thing was brought out in the middle of our meal. With the drunk girls behind us being drunk and served more booze we were glad when they left. I was hoping our server would pay attention to us at that point but she had changed herself to another with some guys she was happy to be flirting with. There needs to be some training because our server Imani well she had an attitude with us, but not the drunk girls who were her friends or the dudes who showed up later. Also the table with the drunk ladies did not get cleaned and your idiot server brought more folks to the table to sit them and could not causing them to leave because they were not cleaning their own table. Just a really bad night, you all need to train that server or at least get onto her for serving more booze to drunk folks.

When did they let bartenders eat while they served us? I ran out of drinks twice while she ate. Was not friendly at all

My wife and I went there today and we had the bone in ribeye. This was the best steak we have had in a good while. The service was great too. We highly recommend Texas Roadhouse in Tuscaloosa.

Dissapointed, Texas Roadhouse is usually my go to when traveling and I have been to at least a dozen or so across the country and have only ever had problems at two, one in WV and this one. My thick cut NY Strip was a thin cut in half NY Strip and my Legendary Margarita was only 3/4 full, I ordered a second and asked to please fill it up all the way, then I waited over 15 minutes to get one that was full to the rim, but not of margarita, instead they packed it full of more ice, had like three drinks in both margaritas, I will not be returning to this location.
