Subway - Tuscaloosa

Ordered curbside togo on the app. We arrived at restaurant a few minutes early and parked directly in front of the store, checked in on the app. Waited 10 minutes past our ready time in app (3pm no other customers in sight). My husband called inside to see if the food was near ready and make sure we sent the order to the right location. Phone is answered by a very rude woman would informed us we weren’t parked in the right place. There is no marking for curbside at this location. He asks where and she says pull up to the side door and hangs up on him. We pull up and she waits several minutes to bring us our food and basically snaps that curbside will only be brought to us if we are in this exact spot. Tosses us our sandwiches and leaves. Maybe they can add a sign or message in the app? Giving three stars because our food was fine, just cold from sitting for 10-15 minutes.

They were ok. Got the turkey sub. But they have quit giving the senior the veterans discount it seems as tho they have cut back on the meat. I guess they are like all the other places, less of everything.

Curbside parking unclear, worker was dressed in street clothes with stains on her shirt and gloves she prepared the food with still on, my fiance got food poisoning from the sweet onion chicken footlong she made

We loved the cleanliness and top customer service...is a very neat and established sub-shop...many options for eating .es never exist from certain meat....three veggies were crisp, fresh and in abunfance to by sub. I would recommend the italian, but. yes went back.

Great experience; the foods were fresh, brot was soft, and drinks (tee etc. were well maintained. the lady who served us was very nice and listened to our desires despite our squirmy sohnes and the heat exhaustion well. our sandwiches were super delicious!
