It wasn't busy, but the waitress took too long to do everything. Didn't get any refills when cup was empty. Wasn't asked how I wanted my steak. They assumed that I wanted it medium rare (ugh). Children were impatient because their food lasted long. I love this place, but only a bad experience this night. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ruby Tuesday:
Service slow, ordered bacon cheeseburgers, they were serve with fine chopped lettuce like McDonald's puts on their sandwiches. Requested mayonnaise and the stuff had a shiny brown color instead of white. My husband ate off the salad bar, the lettuce had brown edges where it had been cut. Won't go back for a $10. hamburger, where if you what a better quality meat you will pay even more. View all feedback.
Lunch. Was looking for tasty, healthy and good value. Had a turkey castle with the salad bar and it was a home trip. Service was great with a waitress who was very attentive. My wife and I are back.
Salad bar and bottomless bowl of soup, was good. Couple items were out on the salad bar oterwise would of been 5 stars. I will be back.
It was apparently an off night for this place. Long wait on food. Kitchen made mistakes and food was poorly prepared. Desert was fair.

Disappointing. My local Ruby Tuesday is a favorite of mine, so I'd hoped to like this one while visiting in the area. The hostess seemed overwhelmed by the size of our party (6 people) and seemed unsure of how to configure tables and chairs to accommodate us. As were being led to our table, I noticed the musty smell of the restaurant and that the carpet was in desperate need of vacuuming. Two people received the wrong beverages. One person's food was cold, and another's was overcooked. I will say that the rest of the staff was courteous and helpful and did what they could to make things right.
