I don?t understand how a restaurant could be in the process of preparing an order, but the order is later cancelled as a result of not having the items to complete the order. Therefore, this is by the far the worst experience that I have encountered. View all feedback.
The service was great. The Italian ice was good, but the custard wasnt anything to write home about.
First time I dropped by the were out of custard! Second time was better. Had a milkshake. Friendly staff, good milkshake.

One of my favorite places in Tuscaloosa. We go To Rita's a lot they have different type of drinks, sweets and Ice-cream very nice spot for a tasty treat. The place is clean and organized inside they have different kind of seats and tables you can take your book, laptop with u and work or study there. the staff is nice, overall I like the atmosphere there Recommended!
Their cotton candy custard tasted good but I got a large cup and paid $7 for this tiny half-filled cup. Won?t be back
