I loved this place when I was a little younger, but now it's just terrible. we have ordered online. the spahgetti lacked the meatballs that promised the packaging that was tirimasu, icky. the potato soup was more spinich than suppe. and everything else was only withte. the garnelen frito misto was in order, but I didn't get sick even minutes after eating. all our sauces had spilled. Wait for a long wait for everything. Long wait to get a place (over an hour the most time.) long wait for them to be served, long wait for them to eat, long wait for their drinks. Everything's been waiting. no wonder that they have hours long waiting to get a table, everyone there is waiting for their meal haha maybe if they actually get the food to the customers, they could have shorter waiting times.
Service was ok. The salad and bread was fine. But our main course was terrible. Mine was bland. And my wife's chicken was burnt. At least they comped her meal. Mine went to the dogs. They enjoyed it. Very disappointed
The server was great; nice and patient, got everything out and then corrected any issues quickly and efficiently. The flavored sweet tea was super sweet, but the rest of the food was fine, normal Olive Garden food.
