Manna Grocery And Deli - Tuscaloosa

We were on I-20 by alabama and found manna on happy cow. it is rare to find a good veg restaurant near the interstate, so we tried to lunch. Thank you. happy for us to this great place. I am vegetarian and lactose and gluten intolerance. it is difficult to find a good lunch on the road. but manna has delivered. I was very satisfied with the quality, quantity and toughness of eating.

I really like how this store offers wonderful things like organic produces from the local Snow's Bend Farm and bulk food. There are some vegan options in the cafe for lunch and often, people can pick up a garden salad.

Manna's been around a LONG time, and while some complain that they're expensive, they're worth EVERY DIME imho. I've shopped in many, many coops and health food stores, and I've missed Manna since leaving Tuscaloosa. Along with carrying an amazing amount of items, serving yummy veg options, and being happy to special order anything one's heart desires, they put their earnings where their heart is and support great local causes, too.

I typically purchase food from this restaurant once a week. I wish the café would stay open later than lunch, as I am often working night shifts and can rarely visit earlier in the day.

The excellent service and appealing menu make this restaurant a must-visit in New Orleans!
