What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I'm not sure if they're dealing with personal issues, but dining at Laufwerk Tru always feels like a gamble. It can take 10 minutes or more for the staff to take your order. The selection of their special mountain drink is also hit or miss; it could be great or just fizzy water. I really hope they can improve things soon, as I'd love to see them return to normal. I came through the drive through. It was close to closing time and the food was great. The young man at the window was very nice and apologized for the wait.
