Hardee's - Tuscaloosa

At two different locations in tuscaloosa, pulled around 12:00 and placed on the order screen for about 15mins at both locations, always hallo and nothing say, no one would take my order, but they were open, and no one would say no one would all I always said hallo, asking that they closed even tho a big sign on the intercom set me to say they were totally pulled back 24 hours, but nothing was left out. I even sent someone up there and they said no one would even come to the window. they just get paid... it's just sad

Don’t get the chicken biscuit. My chicken was so burnt that it was just skin and no mean. disappointed..

Wish I could give 0 stars to this place. Worst establishment I’ve ever been to. I live right beside it so it’s convenient. 5 out of the last 7 times I’ve went I haven’t been served because “the grill isn’t working” “we’re out of food” “we’re in shift change” “computers are down” etc. meanwhile employees are sitting in the front room in the booths talking. Don’t know how this place is still open as they turn down customers constantly. Also who needs a grill to make chicken fingers??? This place needs to clean house top to bottom.

No one took my order 3:15 suppose to be 24 hours. Sat in the line like a fool
