I was informed that wearing masks was required for service, which didn't bother me too much. I went to get a mask and returned, but the employee who had told me to wear one wasn't wearing his own while serving donuts to a customer. That felt pretty hypocritical. Additionally, they also gave the customer free donuts. View all feedback.
Went in for donuts a was told I couldn’t be in there without a mask. But when I can back in from getting a mask the same worker didn’t have a mask on. They were also giving free donuts but charged me.
The employee said masks were required so i grabbed one and come back and she wasn’t wearing hers while getting donuts for a customer
Just a horrible place do not go to this location. Employees super rude and incompetent. Sad.
Friendly staff working as fast as they can to supply your order. Sometimes they get it wrong but always tried to make it right!
After one student was told to leave the shop for not having a mask on , all workers behind the counter continued to carry on about the incident after it was over , which lead to people not getting there orders. They continued on for so long that I watched my coffee sit there for 10 minutes before I was served. One worker started yelling at the people who did have a mask on , just because she was still carrying on about the past situation. Very unprofessional in my opinion and made many people late also. I just want my coffee: Student worker also said , she would take off her uniform and fight us
