Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Yesterday evening, we visited the restaurant with our family. The server took our order for drinks and a starter, but it took 15 minutes for us to receive our drinks. When we finally got our fried pickles, they were not warm, which was quite disappointing. My son's meal was cold, and my hamburger steak was tough. Fortunately, the manager apologized and brought my son a new plate that turned out to be good. We've never had a bad experience at Cracker Barrel before, and we've been to several locations, which are usually our favorite spots for breakfast and dinner. I know they may be understated, but it's the customers who keep them in business.

I visited this restaurant with six other people, and it was the worst service I've ever experienced. First, we had to request menus, then we had to ask for cutlery. Our food took over an hour to arrive, but it still never came. When we finally asked to speak with the manager, we were told that the manager was also serving over 50 tables and cooking. We exchanged glances in disbelief as we watched other customers come and go while we sat there unattended. It felt like we were being ignored by the manager we were trying to talk to. This is absolutely unacceptable—it's the worst customer service I've ever encountered! I have a six-hour journey home and it’s incredibly frustrating.

The food took over an hour after we sat down. Got one refill but had no ice for the drinks. It was a slow night. No reason for the long wait. Food has obviously been on the hot bar for a while based on the plate temps and the fact the food was actually crispy

This steak was supposed to be medium, but was well done. The waiter barely took our order or checked on us. The food took 45 minutes to arrive at the table. Thankfully, the incorrect order was taken off. The host was fantastic, Mookie, thank you for being so helpful. The substitute manager quickly resolved the problem. I do not recommend this place.
