The shift manager at this Chick-fil-A location was not very efficient in handling orders. After a sudden halt in service, many orders that came in after mine were served before mine. Despite being reassured that my order was next, there was a delay in receiving it. The service is awful and they need to hire more employees. I understand that it gets busy but I’ve worked at CFA and the guests come first. Whether it’s refilling a drink or getting more sauce. I received my order and politely asked for a new drink since the fanta had no syrup and I was rudely cut off by a “have a nice day”. In the middle of my sentence! So rude I had to have my boyfriend get it for me. Even then it took him forever, because the employees weren’t paying any attention to their guests. They need more employees definitely. The lines are long and wait times for food is even longer. It seems like there’s only one person in the kitchen and two as cashiers. Unbelievable
If I could give them 0 stars I most definitely would. I was standing in line up next ready to order and stood there for 5 minutes until they then mention how they have “no more food” and would stop serving people and then I had to sit there without any food while my friends who were literally in front of me had food but not what they ordered. Very unprofessional of them and how they treated the situation as a whole. The university definitely needs to find a new staff and fast! Disgusting attitudes and horrible work ethnic.
The worse customer service ever those young kids that work the evening are rude and unfriendly. The one with curly puffy hair didn’t speak and was scratching her hair while wearing gloves. This is why the CDC doesn’t recommend wearing them. They didn’t speak nor did they say “my pleasure “. I really dislike coming to this particular chick fil a because after 5 there’s a different crew there.

I love this place! I haven't had a bad meal here yet. I ordered the fish of the day that was salmon. It was perfectly cooked. It was right. I went during lunch and the meal included a salad, rice, pita bread hummus. Portion size is generous and filling.
