Burger King - Tuscaloosa

I would like to bring attention to a few concerning incidents I experienced at this restaurant recently. When I first walked in, I was informed by a rude young woman that the lobby was closed, even though there were no signs or barriers indicating so. When I returned another day, I was met with the same response from the same woman. I observed a man of a similar race to the staff enter, order food, and leave without any issues. As someone who is not of the same race, it appears to me that there may be racial discrimination happening at this Burger King location. It is important for the management to address this issue promptly.

Just left here I got a kids meal only ketchup on it and when we ordered she was very rushy repeatedly huffed after we told her we wasn’t done we were missing a fry, asked for bar b que and got honey mustard this was very bad service I don’t recommend

The food is decent when it's hot, but there were some issues during our visit. The cashier, a tall bald man, was difficult to understand as he mumbled. We specifically asked if the fish was freshly dropped and he confirmed it was. However, three out of the four burgers we ordered were warm to cold. When we raised this issue with the staff, the cashier reacted unprofessionally and threw a tantrum. It is unclear if he is also the manager. The female staff members were friendly but didn't have much to say. The lobby felt sticky and somewhat dirty. The burgers were lacking in sauce and we had to ask for ketchup, which was kept behind the counter. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

This burger from Burger King was the worst I have ever had. I only had time for a quick bite and choosing BK was a mistake. The chicken fries I ordered were soggy and I could only eat two of them. It was a complete waste of my lunch break.

Quick trip to pick up a bite to eat this morning and so I went in the drive thru- trying their New Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Melt. It was ok, cheese was not as melted as I hoped it would have been but it tasted fine. Fast friendly service from Employee- Talicia, who greeted me with a lovely smile and a great attitude. She was helpful and wished me to have a great day. Well done Talicia, keep up the great work.
