Applebee's Grill - Tuscaloosa

Absolutely disgusting restaurant. Waited a few minutes for our server who we never saw, then saw a huge roach crawling down the wall and onto our table. Left immediately. No telling what the kitchen looks like.

The service was so awful I am the Greatest tipper this server received advice on the receipt. I have never had service so bad.

Waited 10 minutes had to ask when we would be seated. Hostess was confused with the door dashers standing around. Waitress was nice. Appetizers was not hot when brought to us only lightly warm. Ribs were pretty good n tender.

Ordered pick up. Got there before my pick up time and was able to go ahead and get my food. I live literally 6 minutes away and by the time I got home put me ice in a cup and sat down to eat food was ice cold.. No way within less than 10 minutes my food should be that cold. I called to explain and no apologies no nothing. So very sad.

The quality of food here is going downhill fast!! I ordered a quesadilla burger and it was not good. It was greasy sloppy. They used to be fixed like a pocket. My patties were sliding all over the place. I also ordered 2 different drinks from the bar and might as well ordered juice. I'm not looking to get drunk at my local Applebee's but a lil taste of alcohol would've been nice. The only redeeming quality was Bree, our server and the manager (very tall guy, can't remember his name) who was nice. If you're looking for cheap food you'd be better off cooking at home.
