This is the best satay I've ever had in my life, and I try it everywhere I go. Honestly, it's the best Chinese food I've ever had, no contest. It's my favorite! Wayne is amazing too. View all feedback.
What Charles Symons doesn't like about Tuross Chinese Vietnamese:
I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food, which seemed mostly frozen rather than fresh. Additionally, the hour and 15-minute wait was troubling. I'm unsure why there are so many high reviews for this place. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 View all feedback.

I had an excellent meal last night. The food was overflowing with a variety of fresh vegetables and portions of meat that were incredibly generous. Everything was juicy and full of flavor. I would rate it a perfect 10/10. **Meal Type:** Dinner **Price per person:** A$20–40 **Food Rating:** 5/5

We had take away tonight from here. Sweet and sour pork, honey chicken, Mongolian lamb, special fried rice, prawn toast and spring rolls. All were fabulous. Top quality. All the flavours you'd expect. Good portion size. VERY good pricing compared to what we pay in QLD. Thanks. We will be back again when ever we are on holiday in tuross. Service: Take out
We ordered takeaway here on a Wednesday night. We rang at 5:35pm to place an order and was told 20-25 minutes. It ended up being 6:42pm when it was ready (1hr 7 mins). They did have a system where they called when ready which was good, but I rang after 35 minutes and had no answer so went down and it wasn't ready. Food was good when we got it back to our place a minute or two away, but it wasn't super hot, despite being a few minutes between our phone call and getting it home and opening it up. The flavour was good except the oyster beef smelled and tasted weird. We all enjoyed the satay, combination seafood, sweet and sour pork and the chow mein particularly. The spring rolls and sauce were nice. They threw in a packet of prawn chips. I recommend ordering as soon as they open to possibly get fed sooner and steer clear of the oyster beef. $112 for pack two (spring rolls, satay chicken, sweet and sour pork, beef with oyster sauce and special fried rice) and two extra dishes (prawn chow mein and combination seafood with garlic sauce) which fed 7 people with leftovers.
