Placed an order online and had a 60min wait time, not super unusual for a Friday night but it really was closer to a two hour wait. I called the store to see if my order was ready and they couldn't find my order and told me I would have to come in for them to verify my order. When I get into the store 5 minutes after getting off of the phone the store is packed with people just waiting to get their food. I had to wait over 30 min just to even get help to see where my order was just to find out I still had another 30 minute wait to get my food. As of writing I still haven't received my food.
