The food is good for the price. I wish there was a better variety of flavors and spice levels; the flavors are decent, but the heat is either extremely spicy or completely mild. They often have promotions that are genuinely worthwhile. Overall, I would recommend this place.

I have to say, the wings here were incredible. We tried the Korean BBQ, Lemon Pepper, and Buffalo flavors, and each one was delicious. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. You'll love it just as much as I did!

It’s truly astounding how this location manages to get our order wrong every single time and consistently fails to include the sauces we pay for. I’m not exaggerating—every order we’ve placed here has been incorrect.

The waitstaff was quite rude. They all seemed unhappy and carried a negative aura, which suggested they weren't interested in their jobs or in serving customers. I waited for 15 minutes before being seated, and the overall atmosphere made me feel very uncomfortable.

I understand that the pandemic has caused some people to get used to not working, and it seems they were short-staffed. However, I placed an online order that said it would be ready just before I arrived, but it wasn't prepared when I got there. I ended up waiting for 40 minutes, meaning it took a full hour from when I placed the order to when I finally received my bag. Next time, I think I'll go with Fire Wings instead.
