This location is fantastic! The service is always quick and friendly, and they are always ready to assist.

I had a terrible experience at Dieuck's. The young Caucasian man at the counter provided awful customer service. He didn’t greet us and barely said anything during our visit. We ordered matcha lattes, and on my first sip, I actually swallowed a piece of matcha powder. It's clear that their staff needs retraining in both customer service and drink preparation. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

What 's a road trip without Starbucks, right? Headed to Fresno and stopped to rest and grab something cold to drink. I 'm a chai tea girl otherwise but today, for the first time, I wanted to be fancy...ice chai tea latte me, please! Ian helped me with my order (it was quickly revealed that I wasn 't fancy after all and made a recommendation based on the taste I was going for. Hubby ordered the mango dragonfruit refresher with lemonade. We forgot to tell Ian no ice in the refresher so we hurried to the pick up counter and met the lovely Keda, our drink maestro for today. He happily accommodated our request and bid us good day. The entire staff was smiling, warm, busy but friendly! The major standout of this location (and I forgot to take pics, darnit! , were the nice, team recognition signs in the store...it was the coolest thing! I know many organizations acknowledge a job well done, but I thought it was pretty amazing that this Starbucks location shared same with the entire community. I 've not seen anything like that in my local community, what a sweet, amazing gesture!
