One of them dropped my bucket on the counter without even a smile. I had to wait, and the chicken was cold. It seemed like it was pressure-cooked and ended up soggy. Overall, it was not appetizing at all—a lump of wet chicken in a damp bucket, sealed tightly in a plastic bag. Not worth the $26. I won't be returning. This was my first and last time ordering from KFC.

She refused to... read more The customer service at KFC was awful! The woman with glasses at the front, who claimed to be the manager, was extremely rude and disrespectful. She refused to take my husband’s order at the drive-thru. When we parked and went inside, she told us to leave, saying we were not customers and demanded we exit the restaurant. Her behavior was completely unacceptable. I reported the incident to corporate, and from what I've heard, this isn't the first time she has acted like this. We hadn’t reported it before, but this was too much to tolerate. If she hates her job, she should either quit or be let go!

The bowl looked more li... read more I ordered the spicy famous bowl from KFC for the first time through DoorDash, and this is what I received—three burnt pieces of chicken. The bowl looked more like a soup, completely filled with oil. They didn’t seal the bag properly, and an item was missing from my order. It was a waste of $18, so I ended up throwing the bowl away. I think the staff at this KFC location need retraining. I will never order from this KFC menu again.

They couldn’t take our order correctly, and when we tried to fix the issue, we were treated very poorly. The menu might be appealing, but the service definitely needs serious improvement.
