What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
Jimmy John's was out of flatbreads, which limited our sandwich options. We ordered the Italian, and it was delicious. They closed early, so they gave us four pieces of bread to take home. View all feedback.

It’s definitely worth the detour.
Very very bad customer service, the guy taking our order was VERY rude. He spoke to my fiancé and i like we were idiots. While he was taking the order before us i noticed he was being rude as well. So unfortunate that i like the food because i will not beback due to this persons rude attitude.
Jimmy Johns were out of turkey. That limited us on a choice of sandwiches. We ordered the Italian and it was great. They were closing early so they gave us 4 loaves of bread to take home.
I really enjoy Jimmy John's, but I've stopped visiting this location because they often get my order wrong. If I don't stand at the end of the prep line and remind them to leave out the one ingredient I don’t want, they usually end up adding it, even after confirming my order. I’ve also given up on delivery from here. Since I don't have to monitor the sandwich makers at other sandwich shops in town, I've decided to go elsewhere instead.
I visited this restaurant yesterday, and when I arrived, they informed me, "Hi! Just so you know, we don't have any bread today." I was taken aback—why would a sandwich shop be open with four employees working on a day when they have no bread? It seems like an odd decision.
