Excellent BBQ I had the Tri Tip and the Aztec chicken plus the Sausage , the potato salad is a Must unique only to this establishment . The service was friendly and inviting , I also enjoyed the outdoor patio there where plenty of tables and shade it really is a nice setting . We will definitely be going back in the near future , We parked on a side street but there is parking in the back View all feedback.
What Alondra Ramos doesn't like about Big Vic's Bbq:
The brisket was too fatty. The pulled pork was too greasy with no flavor. Worst by far was the Mac and cheese, it was so salty it was inedible. Really wanted to like this place since there’s no other bbq options around but was highly disappointed. View all feedback.
Would I come back again now, maybe no. I ordered a 2 $16 combo brisket,was very ???? disappointed.. everything was cold even the bread Dry bread. Brisket was lukewarm colded. The mac and cheese had some kind of sour taste to it,not even cheesy. Potato salad needed seasoning..over all it's a barbecue place everything should have been hot off the grill . I was too embarrassed to go back to get my money back..
Love love love this place! My favorite lunch spot! Vic and his staff are awesome! My absolute favorite is the chicken sandwich with the Mac and cheese side served on Wednesdays. On Fridays I?ll get the deluxe smash burger and Saturday?s I?ll have a tri tip sandwich. 10/10 recommend you will not be disappointed . ????
Have only gotten take out. Food and BBQ excellent, sliders are a great value.Vegetarian options: Not many options, potato salad very good
This place is a hidden gem. Hands down the best bbq in the area.
Hands down the best BBQ in Turlock. The quality and portions are incredible! The aroma of BBQ when you pull up will put a smile on your face and increase the hunger level! If you have not been here, what is wrong with you? Get in your car and get there ASAP! I will be back for sure!
